To become a voting member, please complete the form and click the "Submit Form" button. If you are over 16 years old and live, work, attend school, or own a business or property in Hillsdale, you are eligible to join. Others may apply for membership by sending an email to hillsdalepdxNA@gmail.com.

HNA bylaws require a five-day waiting period before becoming eligible to vote, so make sure to fill out the form in plenty of time.
